Galloping Ghost Arcade

Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, Illinois, opened in 2010, founded by Doc Mack. It started with 130 classic arcade games and grew rapidly, becoming one of the largest arcades in the world with over 440 games by 2014. In 2023, it expanded by buying 19 nearby properties to add more space, pinball machines, and a video game museum. Galloping Ghost is home to over 1,019 arcade machines as of today. The arcade unmatched community of players that love the retro feel of classic arcade machines. If you’re a competitive player or a casual player, Galloping Ghost is a home for many. All players in the community show respect to one another and love engaging with newbies to help them learn how to play. Galloping Ghost arcade has a $25 entry fee which has eliminated the need for quarters and tokens, which encourages new players to explore the vast number of games they have never played before.
